This program is conducted over 3 days.
(8.00am – 4.30pm)

Day 1: Classroom theory & vehicle inspection

Day 2: Practical training
Day 3: Practical training

Trainer / Student Ratio

1:4 maximum

• Participants must be 18 years of age
• Provide proof of identity prior to testing
• Appropriate clothing and footwear
• Be proficient in English
  
  • Identify any areas where participants may need additional support
  • Minimum written and /or oral English level Identify whether students physical attributes may influence their ability to complete the training and assessment tasks (Reasonable adjustment required).

To train participants to operate Heavy Machinery in a safe and effective manner, in accordance with WHS obligations and manufacturers guidelines.

CERTIFICATION

At successful completion of this course a Statement of Attainment will be issued to students, reflecting the National unit of competency achieved.

This training may be delivered with Victorian and Commonwealth Government subsidised funding for eligible applicants.
